What can I expect to receive in my Painted Brick Studio package?

Each order is a unique, personalized collection curated just for you, based on the answers to the questionnaire provided at checkout. You should expect home decor items and accessories only. We do not include kitchen appliances (ie toasters or coffee makers), medium to large pieces of furniture (ie sofas, ottomans, or accent chairs), or large floor coverings.  

What is your shipping policy?

Here at Painted Brick Studio, we are thrilled to offer introductory free shipping on all orders. We ship anywhere within the United States. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

What is your Return Policy?

We stand by our stlying. If you are not completely satisfied, returns may be shipped back within 30 days of arrival in the original condition with all items included from the collection. Individual items will not be accepted for return. Please, feel free to use the original package from your order, with the included unpaid return label. Painted Brick Studio does not cover the cost of Return Shipping.

Can I select specific items to buy?

Our inventory is constantly shifting and each order is curated based on your personal style needs. Please feel free to indicate your needs 'Must-Have' and 'Deal-Breaker' form during checkout.

We will do our best to accomodate specific needs, i.e. storage, lighting, etc., however, we do not guarantee the purchase of specific items seen on other websites or catalogues.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

We are so sorry if an item arrives damaged. If this occurs, please take a photo of the item(s) and send it to our email address customerservice@paintedbrickstudio.com within 2 days of arrival. As all items are uniquely curated for each customer, an exact item replacement may not be possible. We will send you a similar item within 7 to 10 business days.
